Question by : Where to hold up in London when the Zombie apocalypse happens?
As we, surely, have only a limited amount of time to the zombie apocalypse (It is well overdue already). I think it prudent to make plans early. Where would be the best place in London to set up an easily defendable base to sit out the coming months of zombie rule?

Good Question. I expect the best answer would be to head out towards a military base near London which would have a defensible perimeter. Otherwise, maybe Buck House as it’s gated and has land, but they might just crush the gates. Or head to the river and get on to a boat as they can’t swim…

    The London Underground of course!

Beloved home to so many during the German bombings in WW2 and until recently at least, not a few extremely good buskers.

No Zombie would risk going down there….Too near to where they came from!

Surely the tower of London would be ideal. Walls too high for zombies to scale, windows too small for them to come in through yet large enough for you to toss petrol bombs out of. There is a wide open perimetre so you could see zombies approaching from a distance plus there is an armoury with a large selection of medievel weaponry for wreaking havoc on any lucky zombie interlopers. You could eat roast raven until the zombie invasion is over then in the aftermath you’d be the richest person in the country as you’d have the crown jewels, in fact you could probably declare yourself king.
